Impact of Non-Compliance

Sustainability Margin - 20%
The sustainability margin accounts for the need to cover aspects such as continuous compliance monitoring, updates on regulations, and additional resources that may be needed to maintain compliance over time.
Monthly retainer calculation - e.g. Principal Consultant
[(Hourly rate x Working hours) + Normal Project] / Sustainability Margin
Example (20 hours) :
